Dr. Penny Resnick-Graulich

Dr. Penny has become synonymous with high quality, loving children's dentistry in Westchester County. She established her pediatric dental practice in 1984 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and New York University Dental School with a specialty in pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Penny loves to make you laugh and her office is more fun than a barrel of monkeys!!! In her spare time she is active in various organizations and a member of 6 synagogues. Her family consists of Irwin, her loving husband who is president of an advertising agency, and her 3 amazing children--Helen who is studying to be a teacher at the University of Montana, Scott who is studying to be either Bill Gates or Warren Buffet at Syracuse University and Daniel, who just began his college career at Brandeis University.

Dr. Penny loves gardening and has become an incredible floral designer, taking courses at the New York Botanical Gardens. She claims that her cute little dog Princess, helps her come up with some unique floral ideas. With her great sense of humor and wonderful dental skills, Dr. Penny has made going to the dentist fun for parents and children alike. Stop by and say hello! Come and meet the incredible Dr. Penny.

Dr. Francisca Ceron, DDS

Dr. Fran grew up in Miami, where her parents and 2 younger brothers still reside. She moved to the big apple to attend New York University where she completed her dentistry training. She continued her education by doing a one year General Practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center and then a one year Fellowship in Special Patient Care at Rose F. Kennedy center.

Dr. Fran then went on to fulfill her life long dream of becoming a pediatric dentist by completing her training at Jacobi Medical Center. She loves to provide great care for children and enjoys watching them come and go from the office with a big smile on their faces.

On the weekends you can probably find her at the movie theater. She loves roller coasters and Disney movies...especially the ones with princess'. She can't wait to meet you so come by soon!

Lynda Lederer-Natale, RDH Office Manager

Lynda began her career with Dr. Penny over 14 years ago, upon graduation from New York University’s College of Dentistry; the first 13 were spent practicing Dental Hygiene. During this time she continued her education with managerial courses as well as doing some free lance dental office consulting. Upon returning to work after the birth of her son Nicholas , she stepped into the role of office manager to allow her the flexibility a new mother needs as well as being able to still work with children and watch their smiling faces as they come to her at the end of their visit. Lynda is currently the president of the Westchester Dental Hygienists Association as well as an active member of the American Dental Office Managers Association. When she is not busy in the dental world, Lynda enjoys family time with her handsome son Nicholas and her husband Robert.

Tracy Warwick Dental Assistant

Tracy a mother of 2 who resides in Westchester, She first moved to the area 17 years ago, shortly thereafter beginning work with Dr. Penny. Tracy has 24 years experience in the dental field all of which is working in pediatric dentistry. She loves working with children and feels the challenges and the rewards of a successful dental patient very fulfilling. When not working with Dr. Penny Tracy, who is a black belt in Karate enjoys working out and her cats, Bailey, Vince , Ollie & Sam.

Christine Kumpan, RDH Registered Dental Hygienist

Christine has been a hygienist for 22 years, 20 of those years she has been working with Dr.Penny. She is a graduate of City College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Chris is married with 3 children and resides in Eastchester. Chris loves American History, traveling and her 4 dogs. She looks forward to meeting and working with your children.

Pam Fryer, RDH Registered Dental Hygienist

Pam received her AAS degree in Dental Hygiene from the State University of NY at Farmingdale. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for 30 years. Presently Pam is 1st VP Programming for the Westchester Dental Hygienists Association. She arranges continuing Education courses for hygienists in Westchester and Putnam counties. Pam loves working with children. Gaining their confidence and building relationships based on trust is very rewarding to her. Pam will work with your child to create a fun environment, so they look forward to coming back to the office. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband of 22 years and their 2 dogs Sammy & Lily. Her favorite pastime is going to rock & roll concerts.

Joanne Roos, RDH Registered Dental Hygienist

Joanne is a 30 year dental hygiene professional who has spent most of her career in private practice in New York City. Before joining Dr. Penny in 2004, she worked for a year as a clinical research assistant at Columbia University in a NIH funded study. Joanne received her BS from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine. Joanne is also an emergency medical technician in her communities volunteer ambulance corp. Joanne currently resides in Scarsdale with her husband and 2 teenage children.

Chetna Rana, RDH, BSDH

Chetna has been a clinical dental hygienist for over ten years. Her pediatric dental hygiene journey started upon graduating from dental hygiene program at New York University College of Dentistry. She recieved a B.S. in Dental Hygiene at SUNY Farmingdale and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Bioethics at Graduate College at Union University. Chetna has held numerous leadership positions at various levels of local, state and national dental hygiene associations. Chetna firmly believes in positive reinforcement and has a fun, easy-going style to approaching children's anxiety. She is dedicated to making your child's dental experience a fun and educational one at every single visit.
